How do I place an order?

There are two ways of placing an order on our website: either you can create an account or shop as a guest. When you create an account on our website, you will be entitled to special discounts and offers. All you need to do is to enter some of your basic details, and you will be good to go. We keep all the information about our buyers confidential.

What happens if I forget my password?

In case you forgot your password, you can enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link to your registered email ID. This way, you can again login to your account.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

There are multiple ways to pay securely. You can pay through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, Paytm Wallet, cash on delivery, and more.

What is COD (cash on delivery)?

If you don’t want to pay online, then you can choose the facility of Cash on Delivery. This implies that you can pay cash at the time you receive your order. Please note that we accept only Indian Rupees and no other foreign currency. COD charges for all orders is ₹60.

How can I use a coupon code on my order?

Once you have added all the products that you want to buy to your cart, you need to go to the checkout page. If you have a coupon code, you need to enter it in the ‘Enter Coupon Code Here’ box. You can also view the coupons available to you in this section.

Returns

Can I return my order?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you will get a replacement. Though, we do not offer returns. You need to submit an unboxing video for that at care@allarabic.in. We always recommend that our customers make an unboxing video in order to avoid any problems in the future.

Will I get a refund?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement only after an unboxing video has been shared by customers at care@allarabic.in. This whole process takes up to 7 working days.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Though you have to pay ₹60 shipping charges for Cash on Delivery orders.

Why am I seeing shipping charges?

You need to pay shipping charges if you opt for CoD (Cash on Delivery) service.

In how much time will I receive my order?

We ship the order within 48–72 hours from the time it has been confirmed. All our orders are shipped via express delivery.
